
What to wear?
It is best to wear breathable clothing. Long hair should be tied back, and jewelry should be removed. We do require grip socks to be worn for class.

What to Bring?
Please bring your filled water bottles for adequate hydration.

When to arrive?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes before the beginning of class so you have ample time to prepare.

What to say?
Let your instructor know of any injuries or sensitivities. Share your fitness goals so we can help you achieve them, and remember, your body will adjust to Pilates with time!
